A new chapter for Rangiora.com

We’ve got some exciting news to share!

As of October 2026, Rangiora.com is under new ownership, with local North Canterbury marketing and creative agency MoMac taking over the platform.

For existing customers and followers, Rangiora.com isn’t going anywhere. In fact, there are some exciting plans ahead.

MoMac will be investing in the website, improving the business directory, growing the community side of the platform and creating more opportunities for North Canterbury businesses to be discovered online.

While Rangiora is in our name, our focus is much wider. Rangiora.com supports businesses and communities across Rangiora, Kaiapoi, Woodend, Oxford, Amberley and the wider North Canterbury region.

As Google, AI and the way we search online continues to evolve, we believe there’s an important place for strong hyper-local platforms that help people find businesses, services and information right here in their own community.

Our goal is to make Rangiora.com a central hub for all things North Canterbury while continuing to support the local businesses and organisations that make our region what it is.

We’d also like to acknowledge the people who have built and looked after Rangiora.com over the years. We’re excited to build on that work and take the platform into its next chapter.
